CREW SENDS FOIA REQUESTS SEEKING RECORD-KEEPING POLICIES TO SEVEN AGENCIES

22 May 2007 // Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington (CREW) sent Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests to seven agencies seeking copies of all record-keeping guidance and policies. CREW is trying to determine whether agency non-compliance with federal record-keeping laws and regulations, especially as to email, is a government-wide problem.
